CLINARIS and METZMEDIC sign cooperation agreement
When skills complement each other and both sides have similar visions, cooperation is the next logical step. That’s what managing directors Nils Luthardt of MetzMedic GmbH and Thorsten Amann of CLINARIS GmbH thought.
We are pleased to announce that CLINARIS has agreed on an extensive sales and development cooperation with METZMEDIC GmbH in Wildeshausen.
METZMEDIC offers innovative logistics and storage solutions for the healthcare sector, especially for hospitals. The company develops modular storage systems, IT and medical trolleys, and mobile workstations to optimise workflows and increase efficiency in everyday hospital life. The focus is on ergonomic, space-saving, and intuitive solutions for the safe storage and quick availability of medical devices.
With HPM®, CLINARIS has developed a digital solution that controls the legally prescribed reprocessing process for Category I and II medical devices and hospital rooms in real time and documents it in individual steps. This optimises processes and the use of human resources. In addition, HPM® displays the exact location and hygienic and technical status of medical devices registered in the system in real time, as well as their actual usage time, and monitors the legally prescribed maintenance and test dates.
In addition to the sales partnership, close technical cooperation is also planned. The aim is to use the combined expertise of both companies to tailor existing products and services even better to the requirements of hospitals and care facilities.
Managing Director Thorsten Amann: “With METZMEDIC, we have gained a competent and established sales and development partner. During personal discussions, both sides quickly realised that this was a good fit. We were able to identify many common starting points for beneficial solutions. Therefore, the decision to enter into a comprehensive cooperation was the logical next step.‘
Managing Director Nils Luthardt/METZMEDIC: ’We are delighted to have found a partner in CLINARIS who shares our vision and ideally complements our expertise. This cooperation enables us to jointly develop innovative solutions that meet the requirements of the healthcare sector and further increase efficiency in hospitals. The focus is particularly on the importance of hygiene and the continuous development of our products in order to ensure the best possible care and safety for our customers.”
